but she's not done yet.
Lauren Thompson blew us away yet again last night at the closing show at Club Black - Nashville with her moving rendition of Dolly Parton's 'Jolene.'
Lauren is not a country singer. She is best known for her dark pop sound and power ballads, but she paid tribute to Parton during her closing performance on August 29th, and let me tell you, she understood the assignment. There was not a dry eye or a sitting body in that room.
Thompson has received incredible feedback from Club Black members, perhaps the best in decades, and you all let our producers know you want more of her at the shows.
We heard you loud and clear and we are happy to announce that Lauren will be performing at our closing show of the season next weekend in New Orleans!
