Congratulations to Lauren Thompson on being named 2026 Club Black Artist of the Year! 

Lauren is an up-and-coming Indie artist from Indiana. Best known for her unique, dark pop sound and power ballads, she has impressively made a name for herself in just about a year's time. She recently released her first EP - Checkmate and single releases such as A Sinner Like Me and Nowhere Left to Run have reached over 850K streams across all platforms.
